Software Engineer
I build performant, scalable web solutions for startups and businesses. With well-designed architectures and tailored codebases, I help clients launch and operate with minimal costs — no unnecessary subscriptions, no bloat.
I'm a software engineer based in Lebanon with 3+ years of hands-on experience building web applications and APIs. I specialize in Laravel and PHP, but my work spans the full stack — from database design to frontend implementation to deployment.
My approach is different: I build vanilla frontends for better performance and SEO, and use frameworks only when they genuinely add value. Every line of code serves a purpose.
I work primarily with startups and small businesses who need to get online without burning through their budget. I design architectures that scale with the business — not solutions that lock you into expensive third-party tools from day one.
End-to-end development with a focus on performance, scalability, and keeping your costs low.
Custom web apps built with Laravel and PHP. Admin panels, dashboards, and custom business tools — tailored to your business logic.
Cross-platform mobile apps with Flutter. One codebase for Android and iOS, connected to your Laravel API backend.
RESTful APIs with Laravel. Authentication, rate limiting, file uploads, email systems — production-ready and well-documented.
Fast, SEO-optimized websites built with clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. No unnecessary frameworks — maximum performance, minimum load time.
Online stores with product catalogs, cart systems, payment integration, and order management. API-first architecture for fast, scalable shopping experiences.
Appointment and reservation platforms for clinics, salons, restaurants, and service businesses. Real-time availability, reminders, and admin dashboards.
A mix of personal products, client work, and tools I've built.
Lebanese property rental app. Browse apartments and houses across Lebanon in Arabic and English. Includes emergency/charity housing, image uploads, email verification, and admin dashboard.
A web application specializing in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for the leather industry. Streamlines complex environmental impact calculations into a clean, intuitive workflow — completing assessments in just 20 clicks.
Website for a media agency I'm partnering with. Clean design, fast loading, SEO-optimized. Also built websites for their clients including service businesses and fashion brands.
Professional website for a German service business. Built via El Wafa Media partnership. Informative, responsive, and optimized for local search visibility.
E-commerce platform built for an El Wafa Media client. Fast product browsing and a seamless shopping experience with an API-first architecture.
A simple, secure credentials management app to store and retrieve account credentials I manage. Built for personal use with encryption and quick search.
Two projects that show how I approach real problems — from concept to working product.
Lebanon's rental market runs on agents and commissions. No dedicated platform existed for monthly rentals — the available apps are tourist-facing, useless for someone looking for a place to live long-term. Meftah fills that gap: a bilingual (Arabic/English) property rental app where owners list directly, tenants browse freely, and no agent takes a cut.
When the war displaced thousands of Lebanese families, Meftah added an emergency housing section — allowing apartment owners to offer free shelter to displaced people, directly through the app.
Built with Flutter and Laravel, the platform is fully owned and operated independently, with zero reliance on third-party listing services or recurring platform fees.
The client was running Life Cycle Assessments for the leather industry using SimaPro and Excel — a slow, expensive, and error-prone combination. Leather LCA is among the most complex in the field, involving multiple phases, dozens of variables, and results that need to be clearly communicated to stakeholders.
Over 8 months, I built a custom web application that replaces that entire workflow. Assessors now move through ~8 structured phases using dropdowns and input fields, with guided navigation at every step. On submission, results are automatically visualized in tables and graphs — filterable by phase or process — and exportable as a PDF report.
The client owns the platform outright. SimaPro licenses and the hours lost to Excel are gone.
Have a project in mind? I'd love to hear about it. Reach out and let's discuss how I can help.
